This Week in Yoga: Detox Flow!!

Happy Solstice week everyone!!!

As we hold tight through the darkest week of the year, its time to rid our bodies and minds of toxins that hold us back as we embark on a new season and into a new year!!

I like any excuse I can find to start fresh, so let this practice be of letting go with each exhale. Releasing any negativity that has infiltrated your tissues in this past season or year!!

This Week in Yoga: Grounding!!

As we move out of this season and into the next, we will practice a vinyasa flow to cultivate grounding in body and mind.

As we ground and settle, we slow down the senses and pull everything close and align for next week’s end-of-season detox flow.

As holiday energy amps up due to planning, modified schedules, and general end-of-year stress, come flow and find balance and structure from the earth up.
