This Week in Yoga: Breaking Down Barriers!!

After a meditative few days walking in the woods, I noticed many of  the natural barriers and defenses that plants and animals develop to survive.

And I started thinking… Humans put these barriers up as well, but we have the cognitive resources to take them down as well.

This week’s flow is going to focus on dissolving some of these barriers, through movement as well as longer holds in some poses as well.

Friday: 11:00am @ 122 State Street, Suite 300.
