This week in Yoga: Strength!!

Be Strong, Stay Strong!! On the mat and in the world.

In addition to other strength building exercises, we will be practicing a ‘perfect chaturanga.’

Don’t forget: new class time this week!!! 11:00am on Friday Morning, at 122 State Street, Suite 300.

The Wednesday class has not changed, 5:30pm @ 849 E. Washington Ave.

This week in yoga: Heart opening

During this week of love, we will be opening the heart region in the forms of varying degrees and styles of backbends.

Come practice a vinyasa flow to open and expand the chest region.

Wednesday: 5:30pm @ 849 E. Washington Avenue, near the corner of Patterson St.

Thursday: 1pm @ 122 State Street, Suite 300.

This week in Yoga: Balance

This week’s vinyasa flow will focus on finding strength in standing poses and within the core and translating this power into stable balancing poses.

Wednesday @ 5:30pm, at 849 E. Washington Avenue, near the corner of Patterson Street.

Thursday @ 1pm, at 122 State Street, Suite 300.

Today in Yoga: core centered, warming vinyasa.

Come shake off cabin fever, and warm your body with a warming, core-focused vinyasa flow.

Enjoy the practice of yoga in a sunny studio, on a cold Thursday afternoon!
